Licorice Root Extract For Skin

Description: Natural extract of licorice roots (glycyrrhiza glabra) in a base of glycerin and water, preserved with organic preservatives (contains 20% of extract). Licorice is native to the Mediterranean region with striated stalks of about 1m tall. Amber liquid, characteristic odor. Water-soluble. We now use a more potent formula for our Licorice Root Extract.

This Licorice Root Extract is perfectly safe and effective for use. The small black spots you might observe are a natural occurrence where the potent licorice root extract has temporarily separated from the glycerin base. This can sometimes happen due to temperature fluctuations, particularly during transportation in extreme hot or cold weather.

Simply close the bottle tightly and shake well to help reintegrate the ingredients. Rest assured, the darkest color indicates the licorice root in its most concentrated and beneficial form.

*Use: Clean skin well (Preferably with Honey Eventone Face and Body Cleanser or Glow Bar, Rinse, and apply Licorice Extract to affected areas twice a day for max results. 

Use: Add to formulas as is, to the water phase. Usual final concentration 4-10%. For external use only.

Raw material source: Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice), Glycerin, Water.

Manufacture: Prepared via a cold process to avoid potential loss of effectiveness heat processing can have. Created from organically grown, pesticide-free materials which are extracted first with a specified eluant to yield a concentrate. This concentrate is then dissolved in glycerin and water at a concentration of 20 % concentrate and 80% diluents.
